Travel privileges

Managers can see previous and current travel documents submitted by their direct reports and view the document status and expiration dates.

Key date monitoring report

Managers and approvers can use this report to extract employee information for specific key dates:

  • contract end date
  • temporary appointment no pay end date
  • temporary appointment pay end date
  • probation expiry
  • shorter working year end date
  • review flexible working
  • career break end date (expired by 3 months or due to expire in 3 months)
