Mental health online supports

There are lots of online tools, guides and activities to help support and improve mental health. Research shows that, for some people, online tools can be as effective as face-to-face therapy (with a therapist for mild to moderate depression, anxiety and other mental health problems).

Some supports allow the user to work through a self-help course online with support from a therapist or trained supporter. Other supports include live therapy with a therapist using instant messaging.
