HSE Community Care Record is moving from discovery into delivery.
This national webinar will provide an overview of the programme. It will set out why Community Care Record is being introduced, how it supports service delivery, and how it aligns with the One Health Record journey.
The session will outline what Community Care Record is and why it matters for community services, what is happening next including phased rollout, training and the introduction of Single Point of Access, and how staff can stay informed and involved as the programme progresses.
A panel discussion and Q&A with operational, clinical and technical leaders will provide an opportunity to address common questions.
This session is for awareness and context. It is not a training session and will not include detailed system demonstrations.
The webinar is open to all staff. Attendance is optional, and the session will be recorded and shared afterwards.
