The HSE Employee Assistance Programme service is offering support to HSE staff who wish to focus on their wellness. This workshop is supported by HR Dept. We are offering places on the two day Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) workshop. WRAP® is an innovative approach to investing in your emotional wellness.
This two day programme will help you to discover new and proven ways of navigating life’s challenges and to feeling better and more confident in your ability to manage your own wellbeing.
The workshop will run in Room 1, Education Centre, Block B, Merlin Park Hospital.
Thursday, November 20th and Thursday, November 27th from 9:30a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Participants must be available on BOTH days in order to be given a place.
Please secure your line manager’s approval to attend before booking a place.

The workshop will be facilitated by Ann Igoe and Anne Callanan, Counsellor/Therapists with Employee Assistance Programme.
