Reserve tickets for 30 Years of Primary Healthcare for Travellers Projects

This event will mark 30 years of the work of Primary Healthcare for Traveller Projects and reflect on their broad contribution to improving Traveller health.

Traveller Community Health Workers and PHCTP coordinators will reflect on their work, the social determinants of Traveller health and community development approaches to addressing Traveller health inequalities.

The event will also highlight the success of the partnership-based PHCTP model, with HSE and PHCTP staff explaining how it works in practice. Attendees will discuss strategies for ensuring the model’s future sustainability.
