Video Consultations

Due to constraints imposed by the cyber attack, you can can use Attend Anywhere, Webex, and Blue Eye on personal devices for consultations.

This arrangement is in place temporarily until IT systems are restored.

You can access AttendAnywhere on your HSE device if you have followed the steps to have your device decrypted and are connected to the network at a HSE location.

Secure platforms

AttendAnywhere, WebEx and Blue Eye are fully encrypted, secure web-based platforms.

These platforms are safe to use on your personal device or HSE mobile phone. HSE policy on using personal devices to process HSE data.

Account login

You can log into your existing Attend Anywhere, WebEx and Blue Eye accounts on any device using your HSE email address.

The usual password reset option is only available if you have access to your email. Email access information is being regularly updated.
