Initiating a complaint

We welcome your feedback and are committed to resolving complaints satisfactorily.

We operate a 2-stage complaints process. In most cases, complaints can be resolved by contacting your local EAP Office on 0818 327 327 and selecting the relevant regional office from the automated menu. The office is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

We aim to resolve your complaint within 5 working days. If you feel your complaint is not adequately addressed, you may choose to formalise your complaint by submitting a complaints form. Request a complaints form from
