Employee networks

Employee networks, also known as Employee Resources Groups (ERGs), help create inclusive environments and build a sense of community.

Benefits of employee networks include:

  • support, visibility and a voice for staff
  • opportunity for staff to contribute personal stories and experience into HR policy and practice
  • assist with raising awareness on DEI issues to the wider workforce

Reach Out network

Reach Out network for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex or asexual (LGBTQIA +) staff and their allies. The network marked its official launch with the help of Panti Bliss. Listen to members discuss the benefits of the Reach Out Network with Panti Bliss (video)

Rainbow Badge

Rainbow Badge is a way for staff to show that their place of work offers open, non-judgemental and inclusive care for all identifying as LGBTQIA+.

HSE Reach Out Network lanyards

Le Chéile network
