Use Ivanti Self Service mobiles dashboard to submit requests for:
- new devices
- upgrades
- transfer phone to another user
- roaming or international dial
- report a lost or stolen device
Important
If you are moving department or position within the HSE, we encourage you to take your assigned HSE smartphone with you. If you must give the smartphone back to your line manager, contact your Regional Mobile Administrator to get the device data wiped.
Setting up roaming and international dial
Roaming is when you use your phone outside of Ireland. International dial is when you make a call from Ireland to another country.
To use your HSE phone while abroad you need roaming enabled. You must give at least 48 hours notice for this request.
