Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams offers a platform for video and audio conferencing. It allows document sharing and storage, screen sharing and messaging.

Microsoft Teams is available if you have already been migrated to the HealthIrl domain. You can find out if you are on the HealthIrl domain using the 'Who Am I' icon on your desktop. The domain you are on will show at the top of the screen.

If you are not on the national Health Irl domain you can still attend a Teams meeting (by clicking on the invitation link received), but you will not be able to schedule a meeting.

Microsoft Teams is only available if you have been migrated to the national HealthIrl domain

If you are not on the HealthIrl domain you can use Webex instead.

If you are on the HealthIrl domain you can sign up for Microsoft Teams on the self-service portal

Training

Training is available at weekly drop-in training sessions. There is no need to register; you can simply ‘turn up’ to the training session at the times listed below.

Each 30-minute training session will be followed by a 15-minute Q+A discussion. If you have already completed training, and would simply like to ask a question, you are welcome to attend the Q+A only, simply drop in.
