Teams
Teams enables you to:
- collaborate with colleagues
- set up a shared workspace to manage documents
- make calls
- send messages
- hold meetings
Teams integrates seamlessly with applications like Forms and Planner, making task management and feedback easier
Teams training
There is no need to register. Simply attend the training session at 11am on your preferred date.
Training sessions last about 45 minutes, followed by a 15-minute Q and A session.

SharePoint
All Microsoft 365 users now have access to SharePoint.
SharePoint is a shared workspace that provides a secure environment for organising and storing large amounts of information.
SharePoint training

OneDrive
OneDrive is your own file storage place for saving and managing your HSE files.
No-one else can access your OneDrive files unless you share them. If you want to share a document with another colleague, you can easily do so.

Planner
Planner allows you to quickly:
- create plans
- assign tasks
- chart project progress
You can easily see what’s done, in progress and to do.
Planner (basic version) is available to HSE staff.
