The Change Guide eLearning programme will provide you with practical help to do change well.
People are at the centre of of our change initiatives. The Health Service Change Guide focuses in particular on ‘People’s Need Defining Change’.
The Change Guide eLearning Programme takes you through the elements of the Change Guide. It aims to build your capacity, skills and confidence for delivering good change in a complex environment.
The programme is intended for staff of all grades across health and social care services. It includes practical guidance, downloadable templates and extracts from the Change Guide.
Training modules
Module 1
An overview of the Change Guide.
Module 2
Preparing for change and service improvements.
Guides you through the people and culture change platform. It also provides guidance on how to best engage with those who may be impacted by the change.
Module 3
Explores the key change activities for:
- defining what needs to change
- designing a better service
- delivering on key results for service users
Module 4
Case study - applying the learning in practice.
Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
After completing this eLearning programme, you have the option to progress to a CPD Certificate award with 12 CPD points.
