Spark Summit 2025

The HSE Spark Summit 2025 was Ireland’s leading healthcare innovation conference, dedicated to fostering creativity, collaboration, and meaningful change in the health and social care sector. This unique event celebrated the ingenuity of frontline healthcare professionals who were transforming the way we thought, worked, and cared through innovative solutions.

Taking place at the Dublin Royal Convention Centre on Wednesday 11 June 2025, the conference brought together international experts, policymakers, change agents, and frontline colleagues to explore the latest advancements in healthcare innovation.

We were honoured to welcome leadership from the health service and government, including:

Dr Jennifer Carroll MacNeill, Minister for Health DOH

Robert Watt, Secretary General

Bernard Gloster, HSE CEO

Damien McCallion, Deputy CEO

Dr Colm Henry, HSE CCO

Their presence underscored the importance of frontline innovation - and gave them the chance to meet some of the brightest minds shaping the future of healthcare in Ireland.

Whether you were a frontline healthcare worker with an idea, a healthcare manager, policy leader or involved in the healthcare innovation space, the HSE Spark Summit offered a platform to connect, share knowledge, and gain insights into the evolving landscape of healthcare. The event provided a unique space for networking, learning, and collaboration, with a focus on driving real, tangible impact.
