North East registration advice

Applies to all North East employees (except Our Lady Of Lourdes (OLOL).

Message on screen: Registration unsuccessful, the details you have submitted are not valid. Please contact your line manager to verify your details

You received this message because the date of birth, PPS number or personnel number you entered did not match the SAP HR and Payroll System data.

Send an email to npa.northeastwsr@hse.ie with a copy of official documentation that includes the following:

  • name
  • employee number
  • date of birth
  • PPS number

Examples of official documentation include:

  • birth certificate
  • passport
  • driving licence
  • public services card
  • government document

Once employee data is updated on the SAP HR record, you can proceed with registration for your employee account on HR and Payroll Self Service.
