Attend Anywhere is an online system used by healthcare staff for video consultations with patients.
Create an account
You need a licence before you can create an account. You can apply for a single licence or multiple licences. Request a licence using 1 of the following options:
- apply for a single licence using the Attend Anywhere Account Set Up Form
- apply for multiple licences (bulk request) by emailing virtualhealth@hse.ie or completing the template

You can use Attend Anywhere’s key features to run safe, reliable video consultations.
Key features include:
- multi-provider support - multiple clinicians can join the same waiting area (useful for MDT collaboration)
- caller alerts - automatically notifies providers by phone when a patient arrives (no need to stay logged in)
- call transfers - seamlessly move patients between virtual areas (replicating real world clinic flows)
- custom messaging - tailor patient-facing messages at every stage of their virtual journey
- branded caller leaflets - add your logo, QR code and a personalised message (available in 32 languages, including paediatric and easy-read versions)
- branded waiting areas - customise with your logo and operating hours (automated messages will guide patients outside of open times)
- post-call follow-up - automatically share surveys or resources at the end of a consultation
