The Organisational Health Service provides interventions to support healthcare services and managers address complex psychosocial risks in the workplace.

This includes:

  • interpersonal conflict among teams
  • unhealthy work environments
  • work-related stress

Interventions are proactive and reactive. Healthcare managers can get support in addressing complex psychosocial risks in the workplace, including for teams adjusting to working alongside the COVID-19 pandemic.

Organisational Health facilitators have specialist knowledge in helping with:

  • workplace health and wellbeing
