New national guideline on sharing disability status information in the workplace
A key priority for our organisation is creating a culture of belonging and inclusion, where employees feel valued, supported and recognised. To help support this, we're sharing a new National Guideline on Sharing Disability Status Information in the Workplace (Word, 180 KB, 21 pages).
This guideline aims to:
- increase awareness of disability matters within the HSE
- provide guidance on best practice for discussing and sharing disability-related information in the workplace
- provide a framework that supports employees in sharing information about their disability, neurodiversity, or health condition at work
We encourage you to review the guideline and share it with relevant services and teams.
