Who completes the CARP
- HSE staff, including permanent, temporary and agency staff
- staff on pay grades with a point 1 salary equal to or above Grade VIII point 1, across all services
Training and support
The 2026 CARP training programme runs throughout October until 6 November.
The training programme is open for registration. Details have been issued to eligible staff.

Closing date
The survey site closes on 4 December 2026.
Your local management might set deadlines based on grade to ensure submissions are made on time.
