Dogs Trust Supports Frontline Workers by Offering Temporary Foster Care for their dogs

If you are an essential worker and need your dog fostered for a period of two weeks or more, please sign up to receive a 'Dogs Trust Frontline Foster Care' card

Transport & motoring

AA Ireland has introduced a free breakdown service for healthcare workers (whether they are AA Members on not) for the duration of the crisis, in the event that their car breaks down.

Healthcare staff can contact a priority line on 01 617 9059.

Shopping hours

Tesco

Tesco have introduced dedicated hours (up to 9 am) for all healthcare workers in stores Monday - Friday. Outside of the dedicated hours HSE workers will also have priority access in stores and will be able to move to the front of the queue when they show valid identification

Dunnes Stores

HSE staff will be given priority in queues

Lidl

Healthcare workers will be offered priority queuing at store entrances as well as at the checkouts with HSE ID.  

Marks and Spencers

The first hour of trading on Tuesdays and Fridays will be set aside for Healthcare workers.
