The Primary Childhood Immunisation (PCI) Programme has been integrated into the National Immunisation Information System. From 27 November 2025 PCI records entered into an accredited GP Practice Management System will automatically transfer to the National Immunisation Information System, reducing the need for paper-based vaccination returns.
