You should report data breaches immediately.

Paper-based data breaches

Report paper-based data breaches (such as losing printed files) to your region's data protection officer.

Electronic data breaches

Electronic data breaches includes losing, or having stolen from you, a HSE mobile or storage device.

Reporting a lost or stolen electronic device

Complete the data breach incident form. Print and sign the report, scan and email to your service desk mailbox
