ONMSD Strategic Plan 2023 2025

News – 6th October 2022 – ONMSD Strategic Plan 2023 – 2025:

The ONMSD Strategic Plan 2023 – 2025 sets out a clear high-level direction for the next 3 years in relation to the how we will continue to strategically lead Nurses and Midwives to deliver quality, safe, person-centred care. Dr Geraldine Shaw launched the ONMSD Strategic Plan 2023 – 2025 at the Irish Association of Directors of Nursing and Midwifery Annual Conference.

At the Irish Association of Directors of Nursing & Midwifery annual conference, Dr Geraldine Shaw presented and launched the next three-year plan for the ONMSD. Key areas of priority to further build capacity and capability include strengthening education, continuing professional development, clinical leadership and digital competence, thus leading and enabling Nurses and Midwives to contribute to transforming the future of healthcare that can have a real impact on our population and communities.
