If you are typing in the password, bear in mind that it is case sensitive. You must enter the password exactly as it appears on your welcome email, including any upper/lower case letters or numbers.

On first login, you will be asked to provide your PPS number.

Setting a new password

After successfully logging in for the first time you will be asked to create a new password.

This password must be at least 8 characters long and have a combination of:

  • upper case and lower case letters, or
  • upper case and numbers, or
  • lower case and numbers
